LCA SECURITY: Every residential burglary alarm system should be tested monthly in order to remain “active” for alarm monitoring and commercial burglary systems should be weekly. If you don’t have your burglary alarm system set up to automatically test to LCA’s alarm monitoring Central Station, you can call LCA Dispatch at 972-541-1312 to manually test. We know you want us to contact you as quickly as possible about your property. When was the last time you turned in an updated Security Information Form? Go to our website: www.lascolinas.org > Residential or Commercial areas> “Downloads”. Here you will find Residential and Commercial Agreement Information Forms. We use the same forms to establish Call Lists for both our monitored as well as non-monitored Members. If you want a form emailed or faxed to you; email Security at safety@lascolinas.org or give us a call at 972-541-1312.


CONSTRUCTION:
The corner of Las Colinas Blvd. and O’Connor, future Water street development is still expected to open in Fall of 2017. Las Colinas’s other big development, Music Factory, is still on track to open in Fall of 2017. ARK Group announced that ALL of the 100,000 sq. ft. office tower at The Irving Music Factory at Las Colinas has been leased to Ethos Group based in Irving. Planning is still under way at Verizon at Hidden Ridge development and at this time there is nothing new to report on Whole Foods construction.


FLOODING:
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers routinely must continue to release water from Lewisville, Grapevine and Ray Roberts lakes because other bodies of water are at capacity. The outcome is unfortunately causing flooding-like conditions around the Trinity River. Las Colinas/Irving area has also experienced some seasonal rains, which in turn, exacerbate flooding. The City of Irving has a plan in place to open portions of the trail and isolate unsafe damaged sections. When lake levels are finally normalized and trail flood waters have receded, the City will begin cleanup and infrastructure repair. ASSESSMENTS: On behalf of LCA, we would like to say Thank You to all of our property owners who paid their 2016 Annual Assessments on time in July!

 

LCA Assessment
Annual LCA assessments are due by July 1st and become past due July 31st, and are subject to a .83% late fee. If you are unsure whether payment has been made or have questions, please contact membermoney@lascolinas.org or call 972-541-2345 and ask for the Accounting Department.

Payment may be made by mail, in person at our offices, or by credit card via our secure payment page here.
