The mission of the Association is to "create, sustain and lead a renowned community of lasting value and presence."


This has been achieved through the enforcement of deed restrictions and the delivery of various services that are funded by the membership´s collective annual assessments. These services include: Architectural Control/Plan Review, Covenant Enforcement, Common Property Maintenance, Community Relations, Alarm Monitoring and Patrol, and Administration Services. Every owner of deed restricted property in Las Colinas is a member of the Association and enjoys these services.

Las Colinas is an internationally renowned, master-planned community located within the City of Irving, Texas, near the center of the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area, and just 10 minutes from the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. Created as a Texas non-profit corporation in 1973, The Las Colinas Association serves as the permanent property owners association for all deed restricted residential and commercial properties in Las Colinas within Dallas County. Comprising 12,000 acres, the development is a unique combination of commercial, residential, educational, recreational, and retail land use developed in harmony with the environment. Las Colinas has established itself as one of the premier business addresses in America and as one of the finest places to live in the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area.

Approximately 31,000 people live in Las Colinas among diverse residential options that range from urban lofts to stately homes. Neighborhood villages are distinct in character, yet cohesive in style and seamlessly transition into the development's commercial areas. Continuity and the same level of quality prevail in the business community that encompasses more than 2,000 companies and a workforce of 103,000. The development comprises 22.3 million square feet of office space and 8.5 million square feet of light industrial and distribution space. Retail space exceeds 1.3 million square feet. Las Colinas has a significant presence of Fortune 500 companies and is also the global headquarters for ExxonMobil, Kimberly-Clark, Commercial Metals Company, and Fluor Corporation.
